Nouman Ashraf is an Associate Professor at the University of Toronto – Rotman School of Management with expertise in organizational behavior. He has held senior roles at the University of Toronto, including Director of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion at Rotman. Nouman is also a recognized thought leader in governance and has taught thousands of directors in the Rotman Program on Not for Profit Governance since 2007.
