Executive Roundtable
Evening Dinner Included
Sponsored by SAV Associates
The Toronto CISO Roundtable by NKST is an invitation-only executive forum designed to bring together Canada’s most influential cybersecurity and technology leaders for a day of meaningful discussion, peer collaboration, and strategic networking.
Unlike traditional conferences, the Toronto Roundtable is intentionally curated to encourage open dialogue, knowledge sharing, and practical conversations around today’s most pressing cyber and business challenges. Through executive panels, expert-led discussions, and interactive networking sessions, attendees gain valuable insights from peers navigating complex security, governance, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
A workshop for CISOs navigating AI Governance: You’ll spend the hour examining your own organisation, starting with where exposure actually enters: procurement and expenses. You’ll leave with an AI Governance Readiness Map, a worksheet that cross references specific AI controls with controls from programs you already run, so you can see what you can reuse and where you are genuinely exposed. You’ll also learn, from a seasoned audit practitioner, the difference between governance that is actually auditable and what just looks complete on paper.
Sanjay Chadha brings over 25 years of cybersecurity assurance and audit experience, with a career spanning Deloitte, KPMG, TD and Rogers.
Sanjay Chadha is a partner at SAV Associates, a Canadian CPA firm and accredited ISO certification body. He holds ISO/IEC 42001 and is an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, alongside CPA (Canada and US), CA, CISA, CISM, CIA and CFE.
He has spent over 25 years in cybersecurity assurance, including seven years at Deloitte and KPMG and senior roles at TD and Rogers, and now leads more than 100 audits a year.
He was part of the task force that produced the CPA Canada SOC 2 guide and is actively involved with the AICPA. He speaks from the audit side of the table rather than the advisory side.
This closed-door forum is designed exclusively for senior technology leaders who shape strategy and drive transformation across their organisations.
