John Del Grande is currently SVP of Business Innovation (& Cyber) for Ecclesiastical Insurance, a P&C specialty commercial insurer. John is passionate about risk managed security governance and ultimately protecting corporate/customer data. He is a frequent speaker at Cyber/IT forums in both Canada and USA. John holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Information Systems from Ryerson University and holds active certifications as a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) and CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) His previous roles were with PC Financial and Loblaws for 15 years in various senior roles including Head of Cyber Security and Chief Architect for financial services, loyalty and retail portfolios. HE was also an 11 year Trustee with one of the largest school Board’s in Ontario. He was a director on several non-profit educational organizations.
