Operation Blindspot
Blindspots exist in every environment, even the ones we believe are secure.
Operation Blindspot is an immersive, scenario-driven workshop that places you inside a live cyber crisis where
assumptions are tested, gaps are exposed, and decisions matter. This is not a presentation. It’s a pressure test.
About the Workshop
Step into the war room of a fictional hospital ransomware scenario. What begins as a routine day quickly escalates into a full-scale cyber incident impacting identity systems, operational technology, and healthcare that communities depend on.
Participants will be guided through unfolding events, forced to make decisions in real time, and challenged to respond as the situation evolves. The objective is not to “win,” but to uncover blind spots that exist in even the most mature security programs.
This is a simulation. No systems are accessed. No real-world environments are touched. The learning, however, is very real.
Why Attend
This ain’t your first rodeo, but even seasoned leaders sharpen their instincts. Operation Blindspot is designed for security and technology leaders who want to test how their assumptions hold up under pressure. By attending, you will:
- Expose critical blind spots across identity, operations, and infrastructure
- See how attackers creatively bypass traditional defenses
- Understand how defenders detect, contain, and recover during a live incident
- Learn what fails first when identity becomes the attack path
- Engage in meaningful discussion with peers facing similar real-world challenges
You’ll also join a highly curated room of heathcare cyber leaders.
