Pakizah Kozak is an accomplished senior leader with broad strategic and operational leadership within healthcare. Currently a Chief Information Officer within healthcare, she has served in director roles in Information Management & Technology at UHN, CAMH, and SickKids. Her expertise spans various domains such as healthcare operations, decision support, data analytics, cybersecurity, hospital information system implementations, strategic planning, project management, process improvement, change management, and stakeholder engagement. She holds an undergraduate degree in Honours Science, an MBA in Health Services Management, and multiple professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Health Information Management (CHIM), and Certified Health Executive (CHE).
