Simon has over 25 years of IT and cybersecurity experience in gradually progressive positions, he is currently the Senior Director of Cybersecurity & Risk Management for Canopy Growth Corporation. Canopy Growth was the first federally regulated, licensed, publicly traded cannabis producer in North America and is currently one of the largest cannabis companies in Canada. Prior to joining Canopy Growth, Simon was responsible for cybersecurity in a variety of roles at Weston Foods, LCBO, and Tetra Pak.
