Sonny Sarai is the Director of Information Security at the Pattison Food group. Sonny has over 15 years’ experience in the Information Security field. He is active board member of the CISO division for CIO Association of Canada and an active member of the Cyber Security Committee at the retail Council of Canada. His career has progressed from providing application support in his early days in IT to being accountable for information security program at an enterprise size organization.
Sonny is a proven professional and leader who specializes in security, privacy, and compliance. He has been a strong contributor in increasing the security posture of every organization he has been involved with. Sonny strongly believes that one of IT’s important role is to enable the business. Building and fostering relationships within the business and IT has contributed to his success in this area.
