Ter Govang is a Senior Security Executive and Integrated Security Lead for Eastern Canada at PBX Engineering. With 20 years’ experience, she specializes in complex, large-scale programs across critical infrastructure, enterprise technology, and heavily regulated industrial environments. A former Chief Security Officer, she has built and restructured security programs at scale, working directly with executives and security leaders to set governance, reduce risk, and improve performance across cyber and physical domains. She has served on ASIS International boards since 2015. Her leadership has been recognized through multiple honours, including the ASIS Foundation Security Executive Scholarship at IE Business School in Madrid. Ter is a frequent speaker at the Global Security Conference, ASIS Best Practices, and the NKST Summit Canada.
