NKST’s mentors meet you exactly where you are, and guide you to where you want to be.
NKST’s mentorship model is designed the same way we approach every challenge:structured, collaborative, and relentlessly focused on outcomes that matter.
The program runs across two cohorts, each pairing a dedicated pool of mentees with 12 hand-selected cybersecurity mentors, practitioners, executives, and specialists drawn directly from NKST’s leadership community. Each mentor brings active, real-world experience in today’s cyber landscape.
With up to 60 mentee spots available across both cohorts, places are deliberately limited to ensure every participant receives genuine, personalised attention, not a generic curriculum.

Onboarding & Goal Setting
