Vito has over 25 years of proven success in guiding clients and teams to achieve global networking and risk framework strategies. His experience spans from leading teams in Toronto, Canada creating solutions for the Federal government and National Financial Institutes. Moving to Hawaii to lead a team of Principal and Solution Architects in creating industry solutions, with next generation offerings. Strong technical knowledge, familiar with established and emerging tools. Expertise in creating security programs, assessments and establishing frameworks suitable for various organizations, focusing in Financial, Hospitality, Healthcare, Utility industries and SLED entities. He is multi-certified in Security and Architecture Enterprise Design. He has assisted many clients in various verticals, in creating successful security programs including v-CISO work to accelerate positive outcomes. Vito graduated with a BA (Admin and Info Technology) at Ryerson University. He has a Master of Science in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity with a specialization in Healthcare (Capella University). Vito also holds a Doctor of Science in Cybersecurity from Marymount University. He is part of both a non-profit board and cybersecurity advisor to educational and healthcare entities. He is also a professor, teaching cybersecurity at various universities.
Currently Vito is the Principal, Security Advisor in the Design Studio at Softchoice. This allows him to educate and evangelize clients on all Cybersecurity Lifecycle provided offerings and solutions, as well as draw upon his years of expertise in the enterprise architecture field.
