Nadine Fares is a Senior Manager and IAM Product Manager specializing in identity management, cybersecurity strategy, and technology governance. She oversees initiatives focused on identity security, cloud services, and the responsible adoption of agentic AI, while also driving IAM strategy, developing multi-year roadmaps, and prioritizing initiatives to align identity programs with organizational risk, regulatory, and technology objectives.
Alongside her industry role, Nadine is an AI law and governance researcher. She holds dual master’s degrees in law and in information systems and technology, with academic training in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and the legal and ethical governance of advanced technologies. Her research focuses on explainability, accountability, and human-centric AI, particularly in contexts where algorithmic systems shape rights, access, and decision-making.
