As Senior Director, Nicole leads a team of around 80+ IAM professionals responsible for employee Authentication, Automation, Identity and Access Lifecycle Management Services and Operations. Nicole has a wealth of experience in the industry with over 15+ years’ working in the IAM space. She has consulted on previous engagements and has assisted with various Identity program implementations across other banks in Canada and globally, holding various leadership roles, most recently she led the IAM team at EQ Bank, Canada’s challenger bank before joining CIBC. She has a passion for IAM and is committed to being a pillar for change within the industry around diversity and inclusion, advocating for women within Cyber and IAM in leadership roles.
