As Vice President & CTO for the Toronto office, Rafi is responsible for all verticals including Enterprise, Finserv, Public Sector, and Channels: Growing revenue from $1M to $100M in ARR across product, services, and support in Toronto Metro. He focuses on customer outcomes, delivering solutions architected to solve real problems and provide tangible returns; whether making the case to the Board or the help desk.
