Victoria is a cybersecurity expert driven by a dedication to lifelong learning and a passion for making a difference in her community. Armed with a double major in law and society and philosophy from York University and a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration from Carleton University, a Certified Information Privacy Manager from the International Association of Privacy Professionals and a Certified Information Security Manager from ISACA, she’s taken on various progressive leadership roles across the public sector, most recently with William Osler Health System.
As the Director of Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Health Information Management, leading the Central South Local Delivery Group, she focuses on maturing regional cybersecurity in the healthcare sector and ensuring patient information remains safe.
